Hallmark has recently purchased the Dews Vauxhall managements in Halifax. This site is a strategic site on the edge of the town centre and we are currently working on a planning consent for a fast-food drive through and Coffee drive through – together with a multi-storey carpark. The fast food drive-through and coffee shop will be operated by two of the UKs most famous F & B names…
Hallmark are presently constructing 14 bungalows which will shortly be offered for sale. Completion of the project is due in December 2019.
Hallmarks next residential development will be the refurbishment of the former Leonard Cheshire Home. This is an important Victorian property and will be restored to its former glory, along with a development of six houses within the 3.5-acre extensive gardens. The new homes will be built to an extremely high standard and will be Band H properties with a starting sale price of £750,000.
Hallmark has recently applied for planning consent on the former Dexine Rubber Works Rochdale. The planning application marks Phase 2 of the regeneration of the Dexine site – R-Evolution project.
Dexine is a 4 acre Brownfield site. Four units (totalling 40,000 ft.²) of industrial space has already been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is presently being marketed to let by our agents. The site adjoins the Coldwall Industrial estate which is also owned within the Hallmark Group.
Subject to planning consent, Phase 2 R-evolution Project will provide a further 35,000 ft.² of high-quality new industrial units which will be offered to let at a headline rent of £6 per sq ft and will bring employment and substantial investment into the Spotland area of Rochdale.
